Talk2 is an open-source project for chatting with people nearby. Great for playing Marco Polo between friends in a coding class.
Users can decline chats by exiting them, and will not receive push notifications at any point from previous chat rooms.
Users cannot invite other users into chatrooms. All users must opt-in to a chatroom based on the conversation topic.
